U.S. orders will be shipped free via USPS.
International orders will be shipped via USPS and your local mail carrier. Customer pays shipping fees and any duties/customs fees.
We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday and ship very quickly.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll love your items. Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free (all shipping charges on us). Just email a photo to customerservice (at) bigharpgeorge (dot) com within 14 days of receiving your package and we’ll take care of you.
